Not good, unfortunately. We hired Doyle on a neighbor's recommendation. He visited our house, identified that parts of two keys needed to be repaired, and said he would take them to his shop to fix them and return with them in two days. That was several weeks ago. When we contacted him after a week of absence, he said that he had brought the parts to another shop in Irvine that he uses, and would retrieve them the next day so that I could pick them up, thus at least having our parts back. The next day, he promised instead to bring them back to our house to complete the repair early the following week. He didn't show for that appointment, either. I contacted him the next day via text and told him we were becoming very concerned. He hasn't responded to any text or voice message since. So, effectively, he's absconded with our parts. I'll update this review with the conclusion, if this situation changes and any reasonable explanation is offered. But as for now, we'd recommend to stay away.
